Arrived on time. Very respectful of both me and my belongings. Came prepared to take items apart as needed. Packed items well and packed truck solid. Would highly recommend TJ and his crew!!

Sent me a text be there at 11 and it was 12 when they got here. The two lead guys did great but the other 2 were problems. There was an older man I was constantly worried about because he stumbled a lot and feared he would get hurt. Did not put the items in the rooms I told him ..not sure he understood. The other one just didn't care. banged stuff around and damaged my buffet cabinet with a empty dolly he ran into it scraping horribly and it had made it here 820 miles no issues. I would use the first two guys but not the last two. They Worked hard and I did tip them through the lead guy and told him the breakdown and that he and the one that worked best should get more and why. He knew what I was talking about. Thankful it is over. They unloaded 2 pods and one 26 ft box truck in 5 hours!! Amazing. I did help a lot also on anything I could manage.

TJ and Noel did a great job. They even finished up what should have been a three hour job in less than two. They didn't stop working, they worked thoughtfully, they planned ahead, and they were willing to listen to recommendations and put up with customers who said, "No, nevermind, I want it in this other room."

JT and his helper performed with professionalism and cordiality and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others! Extremely pleased with their service. But while I am extremely positive with Box and Tape - I was extremely “DISAPPOINTED” with Hire a Helper’s first selection to move our belongings from the POD unit to condo was a company called “Reliable Movers”. This company never responded to constant requests to return both calls and emails to us. Their telephone numbers were not valid numbers as was the email address! Hire a helper should consider not recommending this company!
