Movers were due at 10am. I received a call indicating that they were running late and would be onsite at 11am...no problem. A third mover was provided to ensure the pod was unloaded on time. All three movers were very competent, respectful, and very social. We had just installed new hardwood floors and wanted to put felt pads on all furniture legs. They provided assistance with the installation of the felt pads and then moved the furniture into the proper location. It took only an hour to get all the furniture moved back into the house.

Highly recommended, no complaints whatsoever. They arrived on time with two hand trucks to unload our 7' POD. Responded to several last minute requests. Finished in less than 1.5 hours. Didn't bang or mar anything. Would definitely use them again, but we're hoping and praying this was our last move!

Dan and his team at Five Start Moving were incredible for us. We needed them on short notice to complete a large office move and they jumped right in to help. Throughout the process, Dan was especially focused on getting the job done correctly and completely. Kenny was another consistently impressive team member. They're help was exceptionally valuable and our requests were always met with a smile and a "can do" attitude. Better yet, that translated into the work they performed.

Both guys did a good job. They showed up on time, completed the necessary paperwork, and went right to work. They were careful with our furniture and easy to work with. The job was completed in the two hour time . Planning to hire them when we move the furniture back into the house.

I plan on hiring 5 Star again in the near future. Dan, the owner, is very receptive to feedback and will overwork himself to make sure you are happy with his team's work. I needed help cleaning up and moving large items from my yard, and finishing upgrades on the inside of the home to put the house on the market quickly. Dan was able to get a team to my house within 48 hours who worked hard until the job was done! He disposed of the garbage so we didn't need to rent a dumpster, saving $100s. He gave me contacts to help with the inside house work. His wife also cleans as part of his business, so she will be back this week to do the construction clean up. Dan's team was on time, prepared, worked hard, and respectful of our goods.

Corbin, Kenny, Daniel and Jeff were wonderful! It was a pleasure working with a group of hard working, fun loving guys. When they arrived they took care to protect our hardwood floors and door casings as they moved our belongings into our new home. They worked wonderfully together and got the PODS unloaded in good time. I highly recommend this team. They are a great bunch of guys.
