The team was courteous and arrived on time. However, I believe they lacked basic skills and knowledge to both move furnishings as well as load. We had a particular piece of furniture that was a challenge. They attempted numerous times to remove it from a room and in the process scratched the furniture, the door and put dents in the wall. I asked if it could be taken apart and they said no. After an hour (that I was charged for) I looked at the furniture and determined that it could, in fact, be taken apart. As I mentioned, the process took at least an hour and we may still be there if I hadn't determined the way to take it apart.
The packing went relatively smoothly and I was assured that all would arrive in the same position it was packed. This was not the case. When I arrived and opened the back of the truck, it looked like everything was thrown in. I'd provide a picture but it's not possible on this site.
I would not use them again.

Both young men who came to move our furniture were on time, polite and efficient. They were prepared for the job and kept me updated on everything that they were doing during the move. They treated all of our belongings with respect and took the time to make sure that everything that needed moving blankets had them. Yes, we plan on using them again.
