They showed up on time, and accommodated my change of plans, but I suspect that the two men that they sent were not professional, or experienced with expensive furniture. I explained to the owner that I had some very expensive pieces, and a very very heavy TV cabinet that needed TLC. I had 10 dozen furniture pads along with a 22 ft. truck, which was more than sufficient for my move, and then some. I knew I was going to pay for more than the 2 hour job, and I didnt mind, as long as they did a good job.
Unfortunately, I had to leave 2 pieces of my belongings behind! They could not fit it in the truck. At my destination, during unwrapping, we found numerous dents, gouges, scratches, chips, furniture blankets thrown in the back, soiled mattresses, wet boxes, broken things, and the list goes on! My furniture was not properly strapped to the walls of the truck. needless to say, I will probably fork out for Mayflower next time.

Prior to the job date, Aaron communicated with me to hammer out the timing. Things were planned out properly.
They arrived early to inspect the surroundings and timing worked out wonderfully with my truck drop-off. Granted I had a relatively small job, they finished within 30 minutes and everything went smoothly.

The hanging boxes were terrible. They hung my clothes from a piece of string that fell down during transport so all my clothes arrived wrinkled.

The men arrived on time and helped us so much with even more than we expected. Then we decided to extend the time so we could have them unload as well as load our truck as we originally asked for. The service was professional, friendly and absolutely top-notch in every respect. The men were VERY careful with our things and exceptionally prepared. We could not ask for any better service to help with a move and this was the second time we used this service and when we move again, we will call them again. They worked hard and quickly and carefully. Would highly recommend
