What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call you a couple of days before the move to see if there are any special instructions for the move - some people will need blankets, ratchet straps, stretch wrap, tv boxes etc or some people provide their own. We aim to have all bases covered before the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
My movers will greet you and are always friendly and professional. They will "clock-in" once the walkthrough begins. As the owner, I am on-call 24/7 if you need anything or have questions that my movers cannot answer. I will even go in person to handle any situations that may arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please put pets away in a room so they don't get in the way of the moving process. Some movers are allergice to cats so please vacuum pet hair and keep cats away from movers. If you are not paying for packing services - please pack all small nic nacs beforehand.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do ALL types of moves an have experience with about 2400 moves of all kinds.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love that we can help people do things that make their lives easier. We enjoy helping our community with our great service.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every new employee goes through an orientation process. I teach them how to operate all my truck and trailer, how to pack, how to load properly. There are a lot of little things we go over as well - such as how to wrap furnature and use tie down straps etc.
