A really old gentleman was sent and was slow. Needed a strong worker and not a old man.

I requested thee guys, but only two came. ( two weak individuals)When I ask why, I was told they couldn't get another person even though I confirmed a few days prior. After an hour one of the men went missing. I ask what happen to the other worker .
The man lied and said that the other guy got hurt. He said the guy hit his nose while moving something . I asked if there was blood, and he said yes. I didn't see any blood anywhere. An hour was lost because the worker had to find another guy. He called a Random guy (ex- convict)that he knew and told the guy that he needed his help for only one hour. Seven hours later we were done. I gave each guy a tip , because it was very hot . The men almost got into it , because the the original man told the random guy that the tip was apart of his payment for helping . The only positive part of this was that the original two men were on time. I forgot to add the reason the one man left after one hour is because they were arguing . I found this out from another person who was helping me. They damaged walls, furniture and the worker began to argue with me when I told him to be careful. He smelled like cigarettes which is an offensive odor. Since his partner left him he had to ride with one of my family members to unload the truck, and he needed to be dropped off.
I would not recommend or use these guys ever again . I had to call another company the next day , because they were not able to fit any more on the truck. So they messed up getting another day's pay , because of the lack of professionalism .

The guys showed up on time and ready to work. Grasped the needs and requirements and got at it. They unloaded a 20' U-Haul in 3 hours. They were pleasant and very helpful.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
