These guys are great! Eric and Antwon were an absolute dream to work with. They arrived early so they could walk through the house and go over everything(off the clock!) and worked without taking a break until the job was done. I could not have done this without them.

They sent me a wife and husband couple who were really nice but didn’t do the job well at all..first off the removed all my clothes that I had in my dressers which that waisted time them told me that it’s was goin to be a 3hr move when I’ve had my 2br home moved twice and it only took the last movers 1 1/2 to move everything..the. Left and stated that they moved everything that they could for the two and moved all the little stuff and nun of the big items it..ova all it’s was an horrible experience then txt me a few days later and said that they would refund me my money if I was too leave them a 5 star review!! Nope I’m sorry I’m nt finna have someone else go through what I went through..moving is already hard enough but to have people come and not do their job and sit and waste time was very frustrating..I won’t be using y’all ever again! I don’t recommend them at all!!
%75 cheaper than top 5-10. Companies listed. .....client just wanted to take advantage & set unrealistic goals. Said just do the big stuff.... But kept requesting small stuff done taking crew away from the Big tasks. 3/4 filled pod at the 2 hour mark. She was rude & profane So crew stepped off peacefully. Offered her money back because we felt bad she was being evicted. Also..... The female who showed isn't married to anyone. She is my sister & former track athlete with curves & stature that was intimidating you. That was your real issue.

The guys were on time, hard working and pleasant to work with. Overall did a good job. The packing could’ve been a little better but they were squeezed for time because of our building’s elevator time restrictions. Given a little more time, I’m sure they could’ve packed it a little more efficient at the end. Would definitely recommend tho!

Saved us $4500 on a Long Distance POD. We ended up not needing the second one. Utilized every inch of the First POD. Will recommend to other friends & Family who are Relocating.

Milked the clock until after customer service hours. Charged me outside of Hire A Helper. He knew I had no option because I couldn't load the furniture without them. They damaged my furniture with how they loaded it on the truck. He even told me I was his only scheduled appointment that week. Made his money off me...I would never recommend ASAP Movers! Also...very disappointed in how Hire A Helper responded to my claim!

Eric and his team were very polite / professional and dedicated to getting the job done the right way. With 3 flights of stairs moving furniture up and down without any complaints! Very friendly and courteous! Would highly recommend them and will be using them again soon. Affordable prices - ON TIME - which is a hard to find these days. Also - COVID conscious spraying down everything before removing from our POD. Thank you!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Relief & professionalism. They also can expect to get more items in their POD or Pack-rat / Rental Truck than they expected. They should expect to save a bunch of money on PODS and the Amount of PODS they need to move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A Early arrival & communication. A day %100 dedicated to getting their job done in a efficient time with no damages or mistakes.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have blankets! If you are renting a POD or Pack-Rat Be sure to tell them to throw 1-2 dozen blankets in the container before its delivered. Most of the time they don't even charge you. Also gather any washable blankets , sheets or towels we can use for protection... This way you don't have to break the bank on blankets. We also have started to use Boxes from Home depot. Lowes or Walmart. We can cut the boxes open and use them for TV crating, protection of Glass & Surfaces for stacking.
What types of moves have you handled?
NYC jewelry store to LA, NYC home building associations , residential moves, Las Vegas Convention Center (Santee Cosmetics), Oz mannequins + Commercial Appliance Moves. I also moved Rosie O'donnel & Michelle Rounds & many other celebs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
New scenery & meeting cool. interesting nice people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We watch you tube moving self help videos to stay fresh & consider new techniques to add to our skill sets. We also stretch daily & incorporate cardio into our lives to stay conditioned.
