I had a great experience with CMAC Packing and Moving. They packed all of my belongings and loaded everything into a POD, and the entire process went very smoothly. The crew was professional, efficient, and very careful with my items.
They did an excellent job organizing and packing everything securely so it would travel safely, and they made great use of the space in the POD. Moving can be stressful, but they made the process much easier and more manageable.
I really appreciated how hardworking and respectful the team was throughout the job. I would definitely recommend CMAC to anyone looking for reliable packing and moving services.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking one of our crews, you can expect an introductory phone call to discuss your move and provide you with a contact for your move. During this call we will try to provide useful tips to help make your move more efficient and effective for all parties.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will receive a phone call from our crew lead 30 minutes before arrival. During this call they will introduce themselves and provide an estimate time of arrival. Once the crew arrives and personal introductions have been made, the crew will do a walk through with the homeowner so that they can get a better understanding of your needs. After the walk through, the crew will set up the protective equipment (door jam protector/Rug Runner) and begin the process of your move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First you want to make sure you are prepared and know exactly what/where you would like moved (especially for loads). Having all items that can fit into a box packed into a box will save tremendous amounts of time and money for your move. Also suggest having all the proper materials available, i.e. Shrink Wrap/Tape. Labeling boxes and knowing where you want furniture placed are also great tips to save time

We take all crew members through an extensive training process that not only measures their experience with proper handling of furniture but also provides them with an understand of the level of professionalism and work ethic that we expect from all crew members.
