What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A phone call or text to communicate about the finer details and confirm the information I already received through the booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Reconfirmation that morning via call or text and an accurate ETA by sharing my GPS.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Making sure you have everything that needs to be boxed up properly packaged and all locations secure, having the keys to the apartment or storage unit before we arrive.
What types of moves have you handled?
I have handled labor only, full service local, full service long distance, office, safe moves, piano moves, and all in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Knowing I do the best job all my customers have ever seen in terms of efficiency and care of their belongings.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Hands on training by making them an extra hand in moves until they can be put with a lead as a reliable second crew member.
