The crew arrived on time. They came prepared with their own dollies. I had two extra dollies so they had a good choice for different unloading scenerios. The crew worked hard but there were a couple of times that the load fell off the dolly. They just needed to take a little more time to anticipate how the odd sized boxes would react to a curb or bump. They were respectful of the property and goods. Took their time getting into the house without hitting the walls. Good catch by the person in charge, reminded the others not to take the dolly into the carpeted areas, so as not to leave wheel marks. I would use them again.

Zeno and Elijah were great in helping pack up for my long-haul move. Called ahead of time before the arrival window. Showed up when they said they would. Took great care loading up my things. They were both extremely polite as well.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We recommend having boxes packed and labeled before the crew arrives, pathways cleared for easy access, and any fragile or personal items set aside. If customers have questions beforehand, we are always happy to provide guidance to help the move go smoothly.

Our team has handled a wide variety of moves including apartment moves, home moves, storage unit loading and unloading, PODS and container loading, and truck rentals such as U-Haul and Penske. We regularly assist customers with both small and large moves.
