Of all the moves we have had (and we have had a LOT!), this was the most stress-free load up that we have ever had. Eric and his team are excellent professionals. They kept us informed prior to arriving and once here were very efficient in loading up our POD. Eric took the time to stack everything effectively such that we fit what we wanted (and a few extra things) in storage. We would most definitely recommend them again. Thanks for everything, guys!

After a great experience loading, unloading was a bit more troublesome. However, most all of the issues were addressed in the end, so I'm giving the experience 4 stars. All businesses make mistakes from time to time - how they address it says a lot. They damaged a couple of walls bringing furniture in, but they sent a drywall repair guy to patch things up the next day. Also, the person who had disassembled some complicated furniture the previous day wasn't present to unload, but he came back a couple of days later to assemble the furniture. Erick was also very communicative throughout the process. All to say, although there were some bumps, in the end - all is well.
