Very efficient and hard working. Talented at packing everything in as little space as possible while ensuring quality and care around all furniture. Very friendly and professional crew that was well worth the money. I would highly recommend. Best movers I have ever dealt with.

After a great experience loading, unloading was a bit more troublesome. However, most all of the issues were addressed in the end, so I'm giving the experience 4 stars. All businesses make mistakes from time to time - how they address it says a lot. They damaged a couple of walls bringing furniture in, but they sent a drywall repair guy to patch things up the next day. Also, the person who had disassembled some complicated furniture the previous day wasn't present to unload, but he came back a couple of days later to assemble the furniture. Erick was also very communicative throughout the process. All to say, although there were some bumps, in the end - all is well.

Great experience on the loading end! Johnny and his team arrived on time and were very flexible as we had to adapt to not having enough room in our container and truck. A+!

This team of worker did an excellent job! They immediately acknowledged our job; they called to inform us they were available arrive early if needed. When they arrived they completed a walk-thru with us and explained what they would do. The repacked existing items to make the use of the space we had; they then packed everything else in the proper way. When we were trying to move boxes within our space they said "we have it" and they did. The were very professional, in uniform, and very courteous and cons iterate. I will use them again.

The workers were kind, however they did a poor job securing my items in the cube. When we went to unload our cubes, items were falling out. I personally had to secure our television, which was in the original box as well as our Christmas tree stand, both items were loosely placed on top of other items. Very disappointed in the service, considering I used them before to help us unload.

Hello Chrystal, before arriving to the job, we called days prior to confirm the move and to specifically make sure you would have the required/necessary supplies for the move, we brought some with us just in case but you did not want to purchase from me or anywhere. When we arrived to the job, you didnt have stretch wrap, rope/ratchet straps or tape. We used your limited non professional supplies such as bed sheets and such and had to do the job with the cards we were dealt. We made you sign a waiver because of the missing supplies. We still used some of our supplies like rope and plastic wrap free of charge to make our job safer and secure, but you needed more Mrs. Hunt, you made it clear you weren't going to purchase nothing. Moving does not come at a low cost and does require the right supplies to do a professional job as specified a few day prior to the move. We are sorry for your experience chrystal and look forward in resolving this issue with you, thank you.
