Hello Chrystal, before arriving to the job, we called days prior to confirm the move and to specifically make sure you would have the required/necessary supplies for the move, we brought some with us just in case but you did not want to purchase from me or anywhere. When we arrived to the job, you didnt have stretch wrap, rope/ratchet straps or tape. We used your limited non professional supplies such as bed sheets and such and had to do the job with the cards we were dealt. We made you sign a waiver because of the missing supplies. We still used some of our supplies like rope and plastic wrap free of charge to make our job safer and secure, but you needed more Mrs. Hunt, you made it clear you weren't going to purchase nothing. Moving does not come at a low cost and does require the right supplies to do a professional job as specified a few day prior to the move. We are sorry for your experience chrystal and look forward in resolving this issue with you, thank you.
