I can't say enough about what a great job both Steven and Jeff did loading our POD. They were on time, extremely professional and very attentive to every detail. It was obvious that they were knowledgeable on how to load a POD which gave me peace of mind that my possessions would arrive in Colorado in good condition. The guys at Five Star Moving were great. They were hired with unloading an ABF trailer. They showed up early, worked hard all morning, and were careful with all of our things. I have had a lot of bad experiences with movers, but not with the Five Star Moving crew that came.
I absolutely would recommend them for unloading a truck or trailer.

Jeff and Stephen were great! They arrived early and worked longer than we had originally scheduled. They worked their tails off, hustling from room to room, and packed up the truck super-nice. They took care to wrap certain items we missed, and even put down cardboard to keep the carpet clean.
I've already recommended them for a friend that's moving in the next month or two. These guys epitomize Five Star Moving!

I had requested (last-minute) two helpers for two hours, but had a sneaking suspicion the stuff I needed to have moved would take longer. The company called and confirmed our reservation the night before, and assured me that if my time ran over, the helpers would be available.
Our two helpers showed up on time after calling me to let me know they were on their way. Luckily, the things we needed to have moved didn't require a lot of extra tools, but they brought equipment to help them move the heavier furniture.
They worked extremely hard - I think they tried to keep the job within the two-hour minimum for my sake - and were very careful with our property. It turned out I had been right - it ended up taking a little over three hours. The entire time, our helpers were very easygoing and respectful. Afterwords, they assisted me in coordinating my final payment through the HireAHelper website.
Overall, I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They were very friendly and helpful. They had a tough task of moving from a POD and a half into one storage unite. What made it difficult was neighbors, friends and family packed and stacked boxes in the POD. I would definitely use them again. I should have used professional movers to pack the POD. When and if I ever sell my house in Indiana, I'll be moving somewhere in the Kansas City area. I will be sure to call you.
