The arrival time was between 1 and 2 pm. They did not show up by 2 pm. I called and it was another hour until anybody showed up. The crew who showed up said that they had just finished another job and we're not scheduled to come to my house. When they did arrive the crew worked very hard. I was on a schedule, and this threw me off my schedule. It seems like they were in touch with me constantly until it was time for the work to be done. I would never recommend them to anyone. My realtor was at the house when they did not show. She was looking for helpers for future moves with her clients. She will not be recommending your services to anyone either. If it were a backup crew that showed up, where was the original crew. Someone dropped the ball. They compensated me $20, big deal. My family and I loaded about half the truck before they showed up. We were not sure anybody was going to show up. When I first called they said someone would be there in 30 minutes, 30 minutes went by I called back they said they were on their way. It was another half hour before we heard anything.
