The men that came to help us were amazing! They showed up just when we needed them. We had to change our scheduled time because the closing time for our new house got rescheduled. They were very accommodating. They worked hard the entire time. They handled our belongings with care didn’t damage any items or walls. They were very polite as well. We highly recommend them for moving labor help.

I waited until we were fully moved to leave this review. I don't believe that Hire A Helper uses real reviews. These guys were so bad...I doubt they were just having an off day. We were super nice, kept our mouths shut and just fixed things after they were gone.

they were great! worked fast. took 1 hr to unload a 16ft truck stuffed w furniture. consider only doing an hour as they can't adjust the payment after you reserve according to hire a helper.

Did an efficient job and even plastic wrapped several items as to not damage them. Even my “unload” movers noted that they did a really good job with the packing of the truck/care of the items.

They were late in arriving, which was a problem due to the fact that our new house is 150 miles away and there's a large city with bad traffic (plus a ton of construction on the interstate) in between here and there. We had a separate crew set up to unload at the new house, so we had a definite time by which we HAD to get the truck to the new location. We also were scheduled to return the rental truck here at the old house location that night. So we had scheduled the loading crew for the earliest possible time-- 7-8 am, but they unfortunately didn't arrive until after 8 am. That caused issues with the unloading crew plus a very late night for our driver (our son), as well as a delay in returning our rented truck from that night to the next morning. Once the crew arrived, they did work well, and were careful with our furniture and our house. We're very grateful for that, and their help. But the late arrival caused a lot of repercussions for us.
