Mark and crew did a fantastic job helping me move into my condo! He kept me abreast of their arrival time and worked with me when things didn't go quite as scheduled. They all worked very hard under very trying circumstances (32 stairs just to get to the main level, 16 more to get to the bedrooms!). They took great care not to damage my walls or floors. We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.

Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
