They did a HORRIBLE job. Much of my furniture was damaged by Chris, who says he owned the business. I watched Chris with my own eyes literally thow the boards to my daughters solid wood bunk bed down onto the concrete! He threw/tossed around most if not all if the furniture; was not careful with anything. He shoved furniture into each other which led to him tearing the fabric on my antique couch. The condition of my furniture is now covered in dents, gouges, tears, etc. Not only that he was slightly disrespectful to his employee who was working with him. The employee was trying to be respectful of my items and of me and my fiance', but the owner Chris was simply being pushy and forcing him to just shove my stuff around and just load it in the truck. Additionally, I had a 20 foot truck and when they arrived, the owner Chris placed 1 twin sized mattress and side table in the "mom's attic" of the truck, leaving 3/4 of that space empty. When I noticed he was piling my belongings in front of the empty space and not filling that space, I said something to him. Because he still was not filling it, I had to stop everything, pull things out and told him to fill that area before he continues to block off that space. He insisted that the 20 foot truck was not large enough for my items. I insisted it was and that EVERYTHING must load onto the truck. Not only did everything get onto the truck, but after they left my fiance's and I loaded about 5 large storage bins, boxes, large flower pots and yard items into the truck with space still remaining. To make matters worse, the owner, Chris, thought it was okay to have a side conversation with my fiance and tell him how he disagreed with me that all the items would fit on the truck and how he's been working in this industry for 20 years, etc, etc. This was very unprofessional and my fiance definitely did not agree with him. Horrible experience! The worst by far!

The company was easy to schedule and reasonable. The true value was the two movers Taylor and Chris. They worked hard and got the job done with out damage to my furnishings. Very helpful and wanted to make the move as easy on us as possible. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
