DJ and Jay did a great job loading my Pod. They were courteous and efficient and very pleasant to be around. My only criticism would be that I would prefer for them to use more blankets on the furniture but they were great nonetheless and made the process go very smoothly.

The two guys were nice and friendly but they seemed to not know how to truly pack a pod. I do not feel that I got quite my money's worth. They did pack the larger furniture and were respectful with my things, but they also weren't thrilled to have to lift heavy items and made comments about that throughout the job. Overall I felt they were slow (based on past hired mover help) and not trying to which was extremely disappointing as I ended up moving most of my stuff alone.

Those two men were fantastic. They were polite, respectful, and super professional. I was highly impressed with their work ethic and their willingness to listen to me.They worked their butts off . It was a very warm day and they never stopped. Would definitely recommend them.

Moving Masters did a wonderful job for my last move. They helped me unload heavy items from a shipped Pod container. The two gentlemen were quick, efficient and asked good questions about location placement (this was trickier then usual moves as I didn't' know the space we would be moving into when we packed and left the old home). They were quick and finished with time to spare. Would recommend them, and their price was very competitive.

The main guy was excellent but I think they picked the other two off the street and asked them if they wanted to work for a day. They knew nothing about packing. Wasted a lot of time. One even sat on my front porch to take a smoke break several times. I would never hire this company again. I’m sure that when my belongings are delivered, there will be a lot of damage

They showed up on time. 3 men and 2 children. One of the men was on his phone a lot. The way they loaded was not very good. The bedroom furniture was heavily scratched as well as the living room stands. They put packing tape across the doors of our hutch. Luckily we were able to use a hair dryer to remove it without damage. We had to unload 1/3 of the truck and repack it. It was just thrown in there. They were respectful to us. But not a good experience for us. I would not recommend this service based on our experience.

The customer can expect us to arrive on time with all the tools and equipment requested. All crew members will be in inform ready to work.

A customer should prepare by making the move as convenient as possible for the crew. From knowing what needs packed/loaded/unloaded. Placements of belongings when unloading/unpacking.

The traveling experience and always seeing a new place.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide video training to learn how to properly load trucks. We also have new members train with leads for a two week period.
