These people are horrible. I paid $400 for them to move the washer but they had no tools so left all fixtures behind. Couldn't move fridge because once again no tools. They left more items than they actually took and I only needed them for big items. I would never recommend them for anything since they are worthless.

Absolutely amazing Job done. Yes I was completely packed and ready for the help to get moved but I was instantly impressed with the smiles, readiness to kick butt and knowledge to pack my POD. I would hire these guys again because often some help hires linger but not these 2 guys. We made a move actually fun and I'm forever grateful for the day before booking & Brandon letting me know I'd be in good hands & his word did not being let down!! Thank you!! Go Navy!! I was disappointed -- the movers came to my apartment complaining about the stairs. I live on in a 2nd floor apartment. They discussed how I should be charged extra for the stairs. I don't have a problem with that, I just don't believe it should be discussed the day of the service. The movers were nice enough but they worked exactly 2 hours...no option to pay for additional time. I have a medical condition that prevents me from lifting more than 5 pounds which is the reason I had to hire movers in the first place. They left quite a bit of stuff because their time was up and I had to find another mover to help move the stuff they left. Not moving all the stuff is just crazy work!!!!

We had a truly disappointing experience with **Moving Masters LLC**. From the start, the movers were slow, unmotivated, and constantly nagging about the work. Instead of helping us efficiently, they spent a lot of time on their phones, chatting with each other, and watching us do the heavy lifting. My wife, my 13-year-old son, and I ended up carrying most of the stuff ourselves while they stood around and barely contributed.
To make matters worse, they didn’t handle our belongings with care. They broke a chest of drawers and an Italian leather couch, and their poor packing job inside the truck was unacceptable. Half an hour before their scheduled time was up, they started asking to leave and completely stopped working, leaving us to finish the job ourselves.
This was a horrible experience, and I would strongly advise against hiring **Moving Masters LLC**. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with unprofessional movers who make the process even harder!

The customer can expect us to arrive on time with all the tools and equipment requested. All crew members will be in inform ready to work.
