The time slot to start was 8-9 am, they showed up at 9:30. I called them at 9:17am asking if there was an issue, they said they were 7 minutes away. No big deal, my Uhaul Ubox was scheduled to pickup between 1-3pm that day. I'd booked a 2hr slot for Bell Boys so didn't think their tardiness would be an issue. I was wrong.
The first hour, they were taking boxes down to the ubox and I wasn't paying much attention as to their pace because i was busy cleaning the apartment. Once I was done cleaning, I noticed I only had an hour left of their help, and looked around, and thought there was no way they'd get the job done in time. So I started grabbing boxes myself and taking them to the container. This seemed to "motivate" them as I could tell they started to move faster and with more urgency.
Well, it was 11:30 and I asked if they'd continue for another hour as I couldn't finish on my own and have it done by the time the truck was to pick up the uboxes.
So they stayed an extra hour to help, but ultimately I had to finish the job just minutes before the Uhaul truck came to pick up the containers at 1:30.
I was moving 2200 miles away, had alot of planning a money involved, would have liked it to go smoother.
On a positive note, they packed the uboxes really good, made alot of stuff fit that I was amazed at.

This is the second time using Bell Boys for a move - so I knew everything would go well - and it did!
Our move this time was a little more involved but it was not a problem at all for these guys.
