The service seemed ok the day of the move except they seemed in a hurry. I don’t like to micro manage so I left them to do their thing but when my pod arrived at its destination and it went to be unloaded my stuff was a mess. Lots of my boxes ruined because they stacked very heavy boxes on very light boxes and threw heavy boxes on top of items that weren’t boxes. I provided a lot of furniture blankets and they didn’t used them until the end and my really nice wood bed frame was put in unwrapped and when it was unloaded it was completely ruined. I can’t afford to replace it and I have filed a claim. I am very upset with the service and I WOULD NOT recommend using them. Very poor service. Your things will not be safe or come out in good condition being packed by them.
