Unfortunately I did not have a good experience.
The moving team was an hour and a half late and only got in touch to notify me after I placed several unanswered calls. I had to unload half the rented truck myself.
On top of that I was charged for 3 hours of work when they were only here for 2 hours. This is on top of a 40% tip...
They also didn't take a lot of care when moving furniture up to the second floor of my home, leaving scuff marks all over the stairwell and hallway walls.
Based on this, I would not recommend their service.

Two of the four men were an hour late. One of the four men left early.
The two younger less experienced team members, we're not as productive as the two senior men. All in all, the men were nice and professional.

Movers were scheduled to arrive between 8-9am, but arrived at 2:40pm. I was unable to make contact with the company owner after calling repeatedly while waiting for them to arrive. The voicemail was full, so I was unable to leave a message. After a variety of efforts, including assistance from customer service of Hire-A-Helper, I got a text from the mover.
It was a frustrating experience, but I am grateful they eventually arrived and unloaded my storage unit. Overall, I would not recommend their services.

These guys showed up and absolutely killed it! There was a scheduling conflict due to sickness so they showed up a little later then anticipated but made up for it with additional help and did the job in record time. They were prepared, worked seamlessly with myself and my husband and I couldn't have asked for a more professional crew. I'm not one who likes moving, but if I have to move again, I'll be calling on them!

The company arrived late and without masks. The only communication I had with them was if i made the call--but to their credit, Beryl always answered.
They were well prepared for the job and worked hard. The packing was a little loose so items shifted, and overall was not as good as either I or other company's have done--but except for a few blemishes on furniture, everything made it safely to my destination.

I was very impressed with the job these movers did. They had called the day before to ask if they could start earlier, which was even better for me. They showed up on time and worked extremely hard on a hot day. I gave them something to drink but they drank this as they worked. They were very friendly and I would absolutely call them 1st in the future.
