They were punctual and well prepared for the job. They were very respectful and worked very hard. We had many pieces of furniture and many boxes, they did an
excellent job packing the pod containers very efficiently. We were unable to fit our grill in the pod, however they lifted it into our truck for us so we could move it with the help of our son later in the day. We will definitely use them again!

The crew showed up late.
They were not prepared for the job and actually brought extra crew members and then charged me for it, without prior consultation.
Work was mediocre.
They caused a lot of damage to my new townhouse.
I would not use them again.

Adequate- will know for sure when the POD is unpacked. Handled furniture in such a way that two things blew over at separate times, allowing one expensive piece to break. Took no responsibility.
Rooted through my toolbox without my permission or initial knowledge, and reported they didn’t have the needed tools, as they agreed to do in the contract. I do not have confidence that I ended up with all my tools (they’re in a POD now) since they rifled through my things without permission.
Nice guys, but not folks to trust with your belongings.
