They were an hour late but made a courtesy call to let us know which I thought was professional. They arrived ready to work and well prepared and treated our property with respect. It was hot and they worked nonstop even though I asked them several times if they wanted a refreshment! I plan on hiring them again when we move into our new place.

Great Job! The guys showed up on time, were professionally dressed and worked hard until the job was done. One of the PODS doors was stuck and they even spent time fixing this. I would use their service again and recommend them.

They were efficient and courteous but showed up hours late. I was very disappointed with one gentleman that packed my truck up. He said he had 13 years of experience and he could pack amazingly but I had so much damage on unload he stacked all this heavy oak furniture on top of my open entertainment center and it just snaps from the weight he stacked stuff on top of my dishwasher and crush the top of my thousand dollar Bosch dishwasher dented a metal shelf of my child's boxes were crushed from the way the cinch them in with the ratchet straps, two wheels of my toolbox snapped off, old antique window frame & glass paines were broke. I haven't fully packed my stuff so I don't know what else is broke. I told him that it was not a big deal if we didn't get everything in the first truck because I had a second truck coming there was no need for it to be stuffed so tight I'm really disappointed with them and now I'm stuck with damaged goods. Two of the movers took apart and entertainment center arch that is never been taken apart before and going to put it back together they had nbroken the particleboard that was supposed to be screwed together. They broke that taking it apart and never said a word that they had caused damage. They did end up staying an extra hour but they rushed so they could leave but I feel that was unfair advantage for me when they showed up late. I have had my stuff moved nine times through movers through the military and have never had the damage this one guy caused packing my truck. I would like to see what I can do about getting some my stuff replaced it fixed due to his neglect. Feeling frustrated.
