This team was friendly and started quickly, but we unfortunately had to repack half of the trailer because they did not pack it well. When they were done, the entire 28 ft upack trailer was loosely filled to the door, not stacking anything. There were large portions of the trailer with nothing in it down to the floor. We spent a day repacking and saved nearly 10 ft of the trailer, and we were able to fit an additional dining room and bedroom worth of furniture with plenty of room to spare. They also called in extra help towards the end without asking as outlined in the hire a helper terms, and also went over on time by 30 minutes without notifying me or asking me for approval, and I was charged for a full extra hour. Overall for the cost, I would have preferred they packed well for the two hours and asked for additional time rather then doing a poor job for two and a half hours and dipping early, leaving me with no choice but to bring in additional help and repacking the trailer the next day. Be prepared to closely supervise the entire job if you choose this company.

These guys were great! They were on time. They came prepared for the job. They worked very hard and fast. They were very respectful of property and were great to work with. I would 100% recommended the 3 guys I had working with me to anyone who needs help moving.

Would never use this service again. This is by far the worst moving service experience I've ever had. Poor moving performance, distracted workers, and unfriendly support from the office are a few of the problems I encountered. Our move resulted in a broken dresser and TV stand. They only refunded us $.60 per pound of item weight, without even considering that items are valued by more than how much they weigh.
They are still processing my refund for an hour of time when realistically they owe me at least 3 hours back. I did an equal share of the move and it took them 7 hours to move a 1 bedroom 2 blocks down the road.

I wasn't going to leave a review because it's a vetran moving service and I'm a vetran myself and supporter of veterans. But I think people should know that this was a late arrival to their window of about an hour. Also on a full house move they left big items behind washer dryer because they missed it and I have to hire another mover to get the rest which is about the same price on the move for a few more items. The movers argued with me stating that they needed me to be there supervising them so that these things dont happen. Bottom line I told them exactly what to do from they very beginning but mistakes were made with alot of wasted time. Very costly mistake for me but if you do hire them make sure your present directing them from start to finish. Other movers that I've used in the past can do it with very little supervision but what they asked for was a supervisor. Be prepared for that.
