Would not recommend, at least late in the day. Very inefficient. We booked them 4-8pm to load a UHaul. They artive at 5:30 after letting us know the prior job was running over. However, it was clear after about an hour that they were tapped out for the day - they were complaining they were tired, arguing with each other, and a single load would take them 15 min. I had to start bringing down loads as well and took me about 7 min per load. Probably 4 min if I took the 2 flights of stairs instead of the elevator. When I got down, one guy would just be staring at the U-Haul while the other was vaping.
Their packing efficiency got progressively worse over time and we had to end up unpacking and re-packing some stuff after they left. Once they hit their 4 hours, they asked to leave and frankly, we would have asked them to leave sooner if we thought we could get our money back easily. My wife and I packed the other half of the UHaul ourselves in another 4 hours. Movers who unloaded us were shocked it took so long and our last move with similar volume took ~3 hours.
On the plus side, they did a good job communicating with us before the move, were careful with the boxes/furniture they did move, and seemed like good people. I just don't think they were physically able to do the work when they showed up.

Beware of WickedSmoothMovers wicked bad service. First, they showed up over an hour late, arriving at 10am when I booked arrival between 8-9am. I booked 2 movers for 7 hours to pack the kitchen and load our pods. They worked for 2.5 hours, took a lunch break, then at 1pm Craig said he had to take his partner home due to heat exhaustion, over an hour away! Meanwhile, my husband loaded all of the boxes by himself in the heat. Craig, the owner, did not return until 6pm! He helped my husband move the final pieces of furniture then left at 7pm. They left us hanging to pack the kitchen and do most of the loading ourselves and they didn’t even do a good job loading furniture on the pod - we had to rearrange it.

We recently moved and needed help unloading our 28ft moving trailer — enter Craig (the owner) and Alex, who were simply phenomenal. They showed up right on time, fully prepared with everything needed to get the job done efficiently and safely.
Craig and Alex treated our belongings as if they were their own, taking extra care with every single item. They were not only incredibly hard workers but also kind, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. It’s clear these are two stand-up guys who take real pride in what they do.
Craig has an inspiring story, and it’s amazing to see how he’s built this company. I’m truly proud to support a local business like his. Having done quite a few moves over the years — often hiring folks through Hire A Helper — I can confidently say Craig and Alex went above and beyond anyone I’ve ever worked with.

Craig and his team came prepared and worked hard to do some interior moves in our home. They easily troubleshooted a few small doors and awkwardly-sized pieces of furniture. They finished the job earlier than planned, and left everything neat and clean, with no damage to the house. Will definitely be using them again if we need in the future.
