2 crew was on Time. Came with their own equipment even though I included my own equipment before service, so that was very appreciated. Once I showed them what needed to be loaded, they loaded everything with care and quickness. They respected my property and acted very professional. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
