Jonisaac & his partner were top-notch and total pros. They eased a very stressful situation for me while preparing a cross-country move. They arrived on-time, highly communicative leading up to the date and with confidence through the entire process.
We had a large 10x20 storage jam-packed with a bunch of items big and small that had to get carefully crammed into a 16ft POD container that would ship to the east coast. Due to the storage facility's restrictions on containers (2 thumbs-down on Extra Space in Inglewood), we were limited to 3.5hrs total to complete the loading process but their team managed to knock this out in 2hrs flat. Not to mention the storage facility's main loading doors nearest my unit were also broken, so had to enter from the furthest possible point of the building – and they were conducting smoke testing on all of the elevators that day.
The POD was packed perfectly and with care, intentionally stacking items in such a manner that reduced the dependency on ratchet straps to secure. I'm writing this 3 weeks post--delivery of the POD on the other end of our move and can confirm nothing shifted, nor was damaged.
Big-ups to We the States Moving, highly recommend for any of your moving/loading needs.

Terrible service, the movers argued the entire time and I had to help move items because they weren’t in sync. I hired help to make my move seamless, but this was a terrible start to my move day.

This is the second time I’ve used We the States Moving and they’ve been fantastic both times! I ended up getting into town much earlier than I expected and they were able to unload my van early which was incredibly helpful. They’re so nice, and very respectful and careful with my stuff. Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
