We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. 1 helper hired to assist offloading a dining table and load another one instead. The helper dispatched was inexperienced. No damages produced yet we could see damages happening if the job was even a tiny bit more challenging.
One reason we prefer sending a ProMove team as opposed to a single helper to work with someone else, is to avoid a situation where miscommunication or a difference in moving styles or technique results in a review like this. I know It's not easy to move a +150lb table up 4 flights of stairs and disagreements in how to approach it definitely can't help. I think our helper could have been more accommodating, this has been addressed.

The guys were quick and kind, would def use again but would book directly through PROMOVE so the movers themselves could take a bigger cut of the profit then they get from Hire a Helper.
