The team arrived early in the 1-hour window which was great since the allotted time for elevator usage was limited. They were polite, amazingly efficient and extremely hard working. They were very careful with everything to ensure items were not damaged. All items were wrapped to ensure they arrived at the new destination intact. I would definitely recommend Samuel Services and will use them again if I ever return to the DC area.

The workers were on time, they worked hard but after we got to our new place they realized it was more work due to the stairs involved. After the two hours I had scheduled them for they said they had another job which wasn't true because they moved us up since their first job was canceled and they were still on our original scheduled time. So they ended up leaving the rest of our items in the garage and now I am tasked with trying to find additional help to finish the job. I will never use the service again and definitely will not be recommending your service.
