I like that they knew how to take the heavy equipment without damaging them. However, when it came to pace of going and coming back it felt that they could have done things at a faster pace. You have to pick up the pace to unload as much as you can.

They helped me with a move on 7/14/23 for loading a 16 foot moving truck. They arrived on time and immediately were rude to me and were not respectful at all. Within 15 minutes of being there the main mover was yelling at me about not having rope yet on the booking/quote it showed rope would be provided by them. I ended up driving to get rope so that he would stop yelling about it. When asking them to make certain things more accessible in the truck to be able to get to there was no care of that and anything we asked to make accessible were very inaccessible in the truck. They did work hard and got the job done but with a lot of frustrations. They did not respect any of my property, they left a gash in the laminate floor from how they handled my couch. I would not recommend them and I would never use them again mainly just due to the gross disrespect.

I reserved two men for three hours in order to empty a 26 foot moving trailer. The men called ahead and showed up early... worked their tails off and were more careful with my belongings than anyone who has ever moved me (and I have moved several times in my life). I would absolutely recommend this company and I will be calling them back when I relocate (again) in a year.

These guys were incredible, easily some of the best money I’ve ever spent. They moved our stuff for 5 hours straight in 95 degree heat, up and down multiple stairs with tight corners. Everything made it safely, no marks on the wall. Our new neighbors even stopped to ask who they were because they want to use them when they need to move out. Can’t say enough good things about Samuel Services.
