I called Samuel Services on the same day I needed to move, and they were at my place literally within hours. These guys were professional and really hustled. They clearly knew what they were doing and had a lot of experience with moving. They started working immediately, and they were very careful with my furniture. They followed my directions exactly, and even drove my U-Haul truck for me. The whole move went as smoothly as I had hoped. I highly recommend these guys if you want to get the job done as efficiently and painlessly as possible. Great work!

The helpers were on time, courteous and very diligent. They handled 2 very heavy pieces of furniture on the stairs with great care. They didn't leave any marks on the freshly painted walls either. I was very impressed in general. I had never used this service before but it worked out really well. Highly recommend this service.

Jose and Miguel arrived early, and were planning on waiting in their car until the agreed-upon appointment time. I waved them on in right then, since I was ready for them. They were polite, professional, friendly, and eager to get started. As they moved furniture up and down the stairs, and from room to room, they were very careful not to hit walls (and anything else). Anything I asked them to do, they were good about (attitude and ability). I hired them for 2 hours, and they finished in 1 hour; then they asked if there was anything else they could help with. I would definitely hire Samuel Services again.

The 2 men arrived about 2 minutes before the expiration of the hour-long window arranged for their start, even though I had been assured they would be at my home at noon.
That being said, Jose and Miguel were exceptional workers, never hesitated to do as I asked, and were very polite and professional.
At the end of the 2 hour booking, I asked them if they would be available in the future. One suggested I call him directly and then quoted a per hour per person rate that would be significantly higher (+20% more) than the booking hourly rate I arranged through HireAHelper.com. Interesting!
I was certainly satisfied with the help and their willing attitudes, but rather taken aback by the high-rate level for direct booking. I'll come back to HireAHelper in this case!
