Relocation with Affordable Moving LLC
The Affordable Moving company started in 2013 in Los Angeles. The owner had only one truck, and he worked as a mover personally. The first available service was local moves. In our company all managers have started as movers as well, here is why they know everything about the service right from the inside. From the first order, the goal was to deliver belongings fast, safely, and accurately. Now Affordable Moving is an inter-state company proudly moving customers’ orders nationwide with 4 regional offices. Our fleet includes 20 box trucks and three semi-trailers. The team consists of a skilled movers crew. They are reliable, professional, and passed a training by us. The range of services widened from simple local relocations to nationwide moves, both commercial and personal, storage options, professional packing, and many others. The effort put into planning and performing work leaves customers 100% satisfied. Tens of relocations pass smoothly every week with us.

I would have given them a high review (they started out great, worked hard and were polite), but then they damaged my brand new wall and tried to cover it up. Thankfully I have photos of the damage before they tried to conceal it and after. It’s still damaged despite their efforts, because they scraped the texture off the wall trying to hide a large area of black marks, and there’s a big dent. They also cleaned up the paint chips that had fallen, and their manager who wasn’t here said “It was pre-existing. If they had done it there would be missing paint.” There was missing paint, made evident by the paint chips they tried to hide. He also began harassing me, calling and texting repeatedly, to pay him for the additional hour directly, which is against Hire a Helper’s policy, and tried to get me to sign a paper saying there was pre-existing damage. My new place was literally just built, and I had done a thorough walkthrough (plus I have the photo proof). It’s sad that some people don’t just own up to their mistakes. I would have understood. Accidents happen. Either way, they will be held accountable, and now I don’t trust them and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

This has been the best experience dealing with movers EVER!!!! And I’ve moved a lot.
These guys were so professional - they helped me fill a moving POD with such expertise. They knew exactly how to maximize space. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get all my furniture in but I did and had room to spare. They did an amazing job with even the most delicate pieces. Also- I’d like to mention how responsive they were when I needed to change the appt several times. They were so kind and easy going - I changed plans a lot… they were so nice about it.
