Very inexperienced movers who did not know how to properly handle stuff which added to delays and caused damage. One why was trying his best and working hard, but just did not know how to move stuff properly to avoid damage. The other guy was incredibly lazy, on his phone majority of the time and only lifting up the light stuff, leaving the other guy trying to manage the heavy stuff. Rates were very high for 2 people who were clearly so inexperienced and came with zero equipment. Professionally movers would have been able to do this move easily in an hour. Care was not taken with the boxes, and a fragile one was dropped from very high, it was labeled fragile and I had told them it was. They were also rushing but did not place the box properly on the dolly leading to the damage, as with many of the boxes

The guys did a great job!! Had a limited amount of space due to construction and they were able to fit everything in the limited amount of space I had.

They arrived between 8-9am as scheduled. They were not prepared with tools to take the two beds apart. It took them 3 hours to disassemble the king size bed. There were at least 50-70 screws that had to be removed manually. Then when they went to load it they decided to rearrange everything in the pod. I kept telling them everything with a number needs to go. I also told them that the patio furniture and washer & dryer should go if they will fit. They are low priority. It was very frustrating because they didn’t remember the instructions. Also, Francis took his surf board out of his car to access something and left it out. Someone drive by and stole it. I gave him a photo of the suspected truck that may have taken it. He left to see if he could find the truck in the neighborhood. I think it would have been much more productive to have Nick here again. He was a good leader and kept Francis focused on work and not chit chat.
