The movers made prior arrangements to meet us at our location and arrived promptly. They unloaded our things and placed them at the appropriate places. They were very professional and efficient.

Really really disappointing service: 2/10.

These guys SEVERELY “milked the clock”. They wasted 40 minutes of the 2 hours I reserved for moving just standing around my doorway disassembling a table. This disassembling of the table was a job for one person and I hired 3 movers. But they decided to disassemble the table directly in front of my front door (in my entry way), which blocked the door and prevented the other movers from continuing to move furniture and boxes up (or literally do any other work they were supposed to do).

Anyways, the other two movers not disassembling the table were standing around outside, on the clock, for almost half of the time I was paying for. I took pictures with time stamps for evidence and will be making a note of it in my claim.

I also specifically requested that I needed TVS MOUNTED AND ASSEMBLED in my notes, which the movers admitted to seeing and still proceeded to accept the job knowing dang well they couldn’t offer that service!

They were in the category of “ELITE TASKERS”, which the customer service representative I spoke with on the phone told me that they were required through this title to mount my items (but still didn’t).

They were not efficient and a lot of my equipment was damaged (they blamed it on my moving pod, but honestly they were not careful in their transportation of my extremely expensive items which I observed).

Overall, I am Super disappointed! I will be taking this to the claims so I can receive a substantial refund for the waste of time and money this service was.

in my opinion: don’t hire them, especially if you are a young woman because they have absolutely no respect for you, or your belongings, and guaranteed they WILL try to take advantage of you.

Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry you feel that way. First, when we first confirmed the work, we advised you that we do not install TV Mounts on the wall, that is a separate service provided by other companies. Second, the damaged furniture was brought to you attention since we discovered the damage prior to us moving them. Third, We first attempted to move it whole, but it did not fit. In order to prevent any damage, we decided to dismantle it there. because when going down the stairs we could break the top of the glass table that was heavy. We where then able to complete the job without damaging your table. To end, we completed the job in the time you paid for, ( 2 hours) so I’m not sure where you are requesting a refund. We are professionals and have been doing this type of work for a long time. Our only objective is to provide an excellent service to our clients and it’s sad that you aren’t satisfied. We worked 30 minutes in the rain, and were still able to complete your service.
