They deserve to be called Excellent. This firm is a rare, rare example of a company doing things right. From the beginning I dealt directly with the manager, who was responsive, flexible and courteous. The loaders showed up on time, and with the manager, who ensured that everything was as it should be.
I cannot praise the loaders highly enough: they did a phenomenal job. Thanks to them using every square inch of my rented Pod storage containers, I was able to use only two containers, not three, saving me thousands of dollars.

The movers arrived 1 hour 21 minutes late. They initially gave me a heads up that they would be a little late which was fine. Then it was 30-40 minutes late, which ended more than double that.
When they arrived, they worked hard and got the truck all packed as I instructed within the time slot so I still gave them a 22% tip and a 3 rating.
I hope they are able to improve their scheduling especially from a customer standpoint, starting over an hour twenty late was very frustrating and not acceptable, even with their good work.
