I have two herniated disc which causes sciatica so I could not move my furniture myself. So I hired two helpers for two hours, But what I got was an older gentleman, and his wife who could barely walk up the stairs. I was moving back to Arizona so I did not need my living room furniture, so I gave that away, so I only had a few items that were heavy and a bunch of boxes that should’ve taken two hours tops, But it took them so long they couldn’t get everything in the two hours and I wasn’t going to pay them more. Plus the wife spent more time at the truck waiting and when she was in the apartment she was waiting, then the wife asked to use my restroom and she clogged it up after defecating. Then I got into a long argument with the manager because he wanted to charge me for the plumber to come out and unclog it.
By the way, to top it all off, when I got back to Arizona and unloaded the trailer had some furniture that was slightly damaged. Then the guy kept texting and calling the next day leavening me messages about please give him a five star rating so he can get bigger jobs, I just said to myself are you kidding me!

Mover's response:

First of all. His statement are all False. In the first place this Job should had been charge $599. Not $91 came back to Us Lenas Limo Moving Company. To set the record Straight I have 40 years of moving experience I am in excellent shape I run 5 miles every other day. I also go to Gym LAFiitness and 24 Hour Fitness can lift 300 pounds of weight The Client was the one broken down completely not me. Third the Client had 16 flightof stair going down and up plus additional 3 more stair get thru another door. Then out another door 3 more stairs. All thru narrow path way. Then had to travel the item another 309 feet to reach Truck. This job should had been cancel Right a way. He only Pay $129 for $600Job Forth he had over size items that would not fit thru the narrow 16 Stair Very difficult to get thru , Oversize chair he slept in that has to be taken a part Fifth, had over size gym Equipment. Lastly he moved all Item in truck the way he wanted in side not letting us secure the items properly. We never got the opportunity to finish job properly because he was under stress due to his physical problem going with him Lastly check all my Review they are all 5 Star rating I request you remove this immediately it effect my business call Sander/ False information. This Violate our Term of Services. This job was of a Safty issue
