The 2 man crew was efficient with their time but also careful. They made sure to wrap everything properly and were mindful of the walls when moving furniture. Their POD packing was great! We had a lot of odd shaped items and they made it all fit. They were also on time, very friendly and comminucative.
I recommend this group over others (we used another group for a different time and they were not as good as the Lucky Movers guys).

Both workers were fantastic. They took extra care for my furniture and property. Ivan called me to let me know they arrived early. They took their time to wrap all my furniture and moved everything slowly to assure there was no damage.

I do NOT recommend Lucky Movers. Here's the summary: they showed up to the house already tired, and unwilling to do the job properly. They were careless with our boxes, refused to do all the work we needed them to do (which caused us to have to pay hundreds of $$ more to a different moving company), assembled furniture wrong, and literally left without saying anything to us.
We needed them to unpack a moving POD and move some furniture around, and they not only placed many of our boxes upside down (with breakables inside), but they also flat out refused to move multiple pieces of furniture and complained a ridiculous amount about it! So many excuses that didn't make sense! They were extremely unorganized, with all 3 movers doing the same thing the entire time (we've used others movers in the past; if they're good and working efficiently they have each mover doing different tasks to finish as quickly as possible - something Lucky Movers did NOT do).
But even crazier: they assembled one of our beds completely wrong! You always put the box spring on top of the frame - they put it UNDERNEATH and that meant the mattress completely collapsed the second you sat on it! We were moving from Florida to California and the movers we had in Florida were amazing - two guys, and they did everything quickly and efficiently. Lucky Movers brough THREE guys, and they refused to move a sofa and an elliptical machine upstairs despite TWO guys moving that furniture downstairs in Florida without any issue. Even I brought up the elliptical myself with the help of just my brother (two people total) when we moved it upstairs in Florida. They seemed like they didn't care, and acted like they just wanted to do the bare minimum.
The most shocking thing was at the end - they just left without saying anything! They didn't ask if we needed help with anything else (which we did), let us check over their work to see if furniture needed to be rearranged (it did), or tell us where they put certain items (we would've appreciated that so it wouldn't be a massive mystery in the coming weeks). I just don't get it - how do you just leave without saying anything? We just looked out the window and the car was gone. They just really missed the mark and were by far the worst movers we've ever used. We had to pay hundreds more to College Hunks a few days later to complete the job that Lucky Movers was supposed to do. Extremely disappointed!

I had such a great experience with the helpers who unloaded my furniture. They were super careful, efficient, and genuinely lovely people to work with. Not only did they handle everything with care, but they also helped me assemble and mount my chairs and tables without hesitation. I truly couldn’t recommend them more — absolutely top-notch service!

They called and text twice to say they would be late on Saturday. They started at 1230 pm and finish loading at 217 pm.
Once they were here they did a great job!
They were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They work less than two hours so I didn't tip them. I know they were paid for three hours.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
