I give the workers from Lucky Movers a five star rating! They were punctual, professional and extremely efficient at protecting our furniture and moving it into the POD for storage. I was amazed at a how well they placed everything and created extra space to accommodate even more storage space than we expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a very professional moving company.

Carlos and his assistant were good and fast, very courteous and helpful. Would give 5 stars but Carlos was very anti mask and when my building management asked him to wear one he protested saying it was hard to breate which I understand, but considering that the COVID spike is really bad at this time that he would be more mindful of entering a stranger's home with regard to their health and the health of their friends and family. When asked to wear one and provided with one, he pulled it down to expose his nose and then removed it entirely upon arriving at the unloading location. Now I will have to get tested to make sure I have not been exposed.

Both my workers (Ivan & Carlos), arrived on time and started right to work. They both were friendly and efficient in their skills. I was happy with all their work and they fit so much into my pods I never could be fitted. They were wonderful and worth the money spent hiring them and the tip I handed them as well. Wonderful!!

Ivan and his helper were great. They were flexible with their timing as I only knew the evening before when the POD would arrive. They were pleasant, efficient and the move from a 16 foot POD was completed within 2 hours.

I hired them to move items for my mother, who lives alone and only speaks Spanish. Not only were the two young men punctual, they were so sweet and helpful to my mom. And, they were even able to accommodate my request to have someone who spoke Spanish on the team of two! They made my mom feel safe and comfortable. They also did a great job protecting all of our items and managed to fit all of it with a little room to spare. I can’t thank you enough for the amazing job and fabulous customer service. Ivan and his two teammates arrived on time and did a great job. In addition to filling the pod to its absolute maximum they helped me get a few other things like a bed set and refrigerator that wasn’t going in the pod to the outside so I could get rid of them. Thanks to Ivan and his team.

They were efficient in unloading my storage unit and assembled my bed and futon quickly as well. Made for a seamless, easy move in and they were professional and courteous. Overall, they did a great job. However, I'm docking one star because one of the movers arrived without a mask on and it seemed like he didn't bring a mask at all because I gave him one of my disposable masks to wear. Please remember to bring and wear masks, I should not have had to ask and/or give them one.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
