We thought the team was very nice when they came to load our PODS. However, when we received the PODS we discovered that the moving team had not wrapped many of our furniture items correctly (either missing blankets or having partially plastic wrapped or not plastic wrapped at all). We had brand new furniture in pristine condition. Some of our items were stacked crooked and smashed into the POD so completely broken, and others were scratched, dented, or had holes in it. We are very disappointed because the whole reason we hired professional packers was so that our new furniture would arrive safely. Our damaged items totaled $6,000.

Showed up on time, were friendly. Didn't work very quickly or efficiently. One of them wasted time lifting everything to find the lightest box. It was a very hot day, and 3 flights of stairs, so understandable.

They did a great job fitting all my stuff into the PackRat. I was worried it wouldn’t fit & they did such a good job there was room to spare. They showed up on time & brought their own equipment. When they arrived they weren’t wearing masks but got them when I asked. There were a few times they weren’t wearing them in my house which was uncomfortable. Overall they did a great job with my stuff. I’d recommend them but be aware they don’t always keep their masks on.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
