Fast, friendly, professional. The guys did a great job of protecting our furniture including a 650lbs. upright piano through tight spaces and down stairs. They also rearranged things in the shipping container constantly as they loaded to ensure they used the space well. They took care of a lot in two hours, but I added an extra hour so they could help us even more and they did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

While it definitely took longer than I expected, the 3 men that did the job were wonderful, and steadfast. They could not have done a better job in my opinion. They kept at it on a crazy hot day. I recommend if you need to have your furniture taken apart as well as packed, double the amount of time you think it will take. My place which needed to pack 2 bedrooms of furniture, a dining room, a living room, and boxes of stuff it took about 5 1/2 hours. The guys were absolutely incredible. 5 stars to each one!

I had quite a lot to load from my old apartment to a container. I was moving across the country all the way to the easy coast. These guys came and got the job done beautifully and quick. They wrapped everything tight, and got it all to fit perfectly in wall-to-wall. Nothing was damaged.

The two guys could not have been better. They were courteous, hard working and took great care with our property. They packed the POD using every inch of space to the max. They must be great Tetris players LOL!) I would definitely use Lucky Movers again.

Overall, the team did the job. The way Ivan and his team were able to fit our belongings into the truck was amazing. Speed-wise, I felt like the team weren't as efficient. The pace eventually picked up, but it took a couple of hours until we finally started to see progress with the move. What they lacked in speed, they showed in carefulness. Nothing broke or mishandled which is a plus. We probably won't hire them again, but appreciated their work.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
