Their service was OK...they moved very slow to run the clock up.
It should’ve been done ways sooner we had no stairs straight shot in the house . They move a piece of furniture and then they walked really really slowly and looked at their phones to get another piece of furniture. It got to the point where I said “come on guys you’re moving so slow.” But that didn’t do anything. So of course we went over our three hour estimate. But if they walked at a normal pace it would’ve been done in 2 1/2 or 3 hours.

They originally loaded my PODS and I asked them back to unload them 7 weeks later. They did a great job with packing because nothing arrived broken.

Very helpful. Could not have done the move without them. They worked carefully and steady. We needed to buy an additional hour to get it done but not surprising given the need to pack and move so much stuff. If we had better prepared the extra hour would not have been needed.

These guys were fantastic! Super professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really freakin strong (two guys were able to get my piano moved in)!! They were on time (a few minutes early in fact which was a bonus), Brought the correct equipment and finished up ahead of time. Highly recommend and if given the opportunity, I will use them again. Great with PODs which is what I used them for to unload.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
