Solid help for loading a truck. Happy to recommend using HireAHelper and Rigo's Moving.
I reserved 2 guys for 3 hours. We got nearly everything from my apartment and garage into the truck in that time. I filled roughly 750 cubic feet of a moving truck that was parked roughly 80' from my front door. I wasn't sure how many guys or how much time I would need, so I'm hoping the specifics will help others. I ended up spending a few hours in the truck moving things around and stacking them to be tight and secure.
I was mostly packed but asked them to help:
- disassemble the bedframe
- wrap the mattress
- disassemble the entertainment cabinet
- box up the TV
-remove the legs from my kitchen table and wrap it in a moving pad.
my garage wasn't very well packed or organized before they arrived, the guys did a good job grabbing what they could and making sense of things even though I hadn't fully prepared things. they brought materials and tools and knew what they were doing.
They were a bit late to arrive but the office communicated several times before they were scheduled to arrive and then updated once they were on the way, so it wasn't a problem really. There was a language barrier but we used our phone translate apps when we wanted to be specific. Overall, the guys were polite and worked hard.
HireAHelper made the scheduling and payment process easy. At no point did I feel like HireAHelper or Rigos were trying to pull one over on me, which is my biggest concern when hiring someone for things like this. You never know who is honest or will try sneaking in charges, etc. It all was pretty straightforward and I am happy with how everything went. Would recommend HireAHelper and Rigos to others looking for moving labor help.

The movers were on time and came prepared. They were very kind and respectful. I do have some boxes without tops with misc items in them that they tried to carry all together and items kept falling out. I would make sure I had everything with a top next time. Maybe not try to carry so much at one time when it’s lose. I would use them again.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
