Eric and Miguel were phenomenal. They showed up on time, were efficient, careful with our stuff, packed and wrapped everything well, and worked incredibly hard nonstop even for an extra hour. Everything was super heavy and they were rockstars. They brought everything we asked them to (dollies, tape, wrap). They were very respectful of our space and requests. Thank you!!

The two gentlemen arrived early and started working promptly. They were organized and planned how they would load container and it was clear that they were experienced. They were highly professional, courteous and worked diligently to move our possessions into large container so the furniture would not be out of balance or damaged. They used the ratchet tie downs we purchased to secure heavy furniture and shrink-wrapped most of the furniture. They were careful and extremely polite. They were the best movers I have ever used and I highly recommend Rigo's and would definitely use them again. I asked for and received one of their business cards.

Miguel and Jesus did a great job. Fast, efficient and pleasant to deal with. All of our items arrived at their destination in the same condition in which they left. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again should we need to.

They were fast, strong, and efficient. They came well prepared with all the right equipment, right on time. They were very knowledgable. The supervisor knew just how to load the truck. I had been worried about fitting everything in the truck, but they found the most efficient way to load it. There were a few moments I cringed with the handling of our outrageously valuable furniture, but everything pretty well made it to our new home in good condition. I would absolutely use them again if I had occasion to do so.

Arrived early. Worked beyond the scheduled time, until the move was finished. Very hard working, saved us time by not removing drawers or taking apart furniture. Wrapped most furniture in plastic. Very respectful, would use again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
