They were on time, courteous, and did get everything loaded in an efficient manner.
However, during the unload we noted several items that were damaged due to not putting protection where needed. An example of this is there was a metal toolbox placed directly on a woodgrain finish table. The vibration of the trip created numerous scratches on the surface. There was a moving blanket available but wasn't used. Another example is a white bed headboard that had red barn wood pushed against it with no protection. The vibration of the trip rubbed the paint off of the headboard. Again, protection was available. There are several examples of this situation.

Very fast and efficient service. Movers were very nice. A few scratches on bedroom bedside tables but scratches can be repaired. Would recommend your service. Thank you very much for your hard work.

The movers were courteous and respectful. However, they were rough on our furniture, walls and flooring. Our recommended method of moving things into the basement was not followed very well and, hence a large quantity of dirt and mud was tracked into the house.

They showed up early, worked extremely hard and got the job done. Actually, brought more movers than I had signed up for. Also, they kept in contact leading up to the time of my move. They showed up with all they needed to do the job, on time, and worked hard until it was done. I cannot praise them enough.

They arrived on time, were cheerful, competent, and STRONG. Expertly maneuvered a very heavy antique wooden chest around 2 tight corners & up a flight of stairs. AND they patiently continued to hold it up while I applied felt floor protectors to the legs before gently setting it down. I couldn't have asked for more. Very pleased and definitely recommend them.
