The crew arrived on time and were extremely courteous and friendly, willing to put my mind at ease during the stressful time. They worked hard and offered to bring additional crew when it became apparent that more help was needed to complete the job on time.
While the actual packing process was smooth and the owner was very helpful and assured me that our move would be completed on time, I did have issues at the final destination. Boxes clearly marked “Very Fragile” had large heavy boxes stacked on top, crushing the boxes. The bulkhead was put into place, however, when it was removed to unload, the contents had not been strapped and secured. Once the crossbar locks were released, the bulkhead door and all the heavy items behind it almost crushed my husband. Solid wood tabletop, bed frame, and mattress along with various other items were placed behind the bulkhead causing a life threatening scenario. If they needed straps to secure the items, they should have asked and I would have provided them. This was inexcusable and frankly something that should never have happened.
I have pictures to back up my claims about the bulkhead along with damage done when heavy items were placed on top of clearly marked fragile items.
While they were helpful in ensuring the job would be completed, I was left with damage from inattention to detail and careless loading of the trailer. Based on the loading job alone…I would NOT use this company again. Watching my husband almost be crushed by a bulkhead door being weighed down by heavy furniture is not something I want anyone else to endure!

They came on time and clearly explained the additional charges when as I expected it took more than 2 hours. They worked incredibly hard managing to fit an amazing amount in the PODS. If I wasn’t moving 600 miles away I would definitely use them again.
