Not on time..said they had a flat tire and showed up 2 1/2 hours later..Went to wrong location first..so even later ....
Not prepared for job...told them we wanted heaviest stuff loaded first and they ignored that..They worked okay but no enthusiasm for job....Did not get several heavy items loaded due to no plan...
Would NOT use again for sure.....When they were late I told owner I might need to have 4 hours to complete move which I was fine paying for.
He agreed
At one point crew said they must stop loading and go to unloading location due to time.
When I told them it was okayed to go longer with owner they acted very indignant and argued with me , the customer...??
Turns out they had another job they did not want to be late for..
So even though it was not my fault they arrived very late to my job they were unwilling to honor the owner commit to 4 hours.
Once this happened they lost interest in doing a good job and were actually acting mad and uncommunicative the rest of the job ...
I spoke to owner whi then only made excuses and would not listen to my concerns about the actions of his crew...
Sorry I picked this company and will think twice before using hire a helper again.

we are accountable for our work on daily basis. You can also count on us to arrive at your property promptly and in uniform. We will complete your move at a time that best fits your schedule.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

the best part of being a mover is to see smiles in customer's faces, knowing that we went above and beyond for them to complete their move. to know that we are moving their lives belonging toward a new beginning is priceless.
What training do you provide your crew members?
In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
