Exceptional Move! My two helpers were on time, worked really hard on a very hot day to fill a 26' truck. They worked non-stop, took exceptional care of all of furniture and household goods. They had good communications before and during the move. Everything arrived safely and placed exactly where needed. Please don't hesitate to use this company! Rock Stars of the moving world!

Although there were some timing issues (previous job ran over but they did communicate), Full House Family Movers showed up and worked efficiently. However, there was a problem encountered during the move and they were very unhelpful in finding a solution. The serious problem came a year later at the time of unloading; it turns out the movers never roped or tied off my belongings, which shifted significantly during transport and blocked the gate from lifting all the way. We almost had to find machinery to cut the gate open, which would have been very costly. For this reason I feel the movers were careless and would not use them again, nor recommend them

Efficient, friendly, did a great job of using the available space in the truck, as well as the tools needed for installation. Everything was in good shape once delivered in the new place (I drove the truck, in-town move). Arrived about 40 minutes late, but in fairness it was for 8:00AM on a Thursday (i.e., dealing with rush hour traffic, and I lived right off of the 93/128 cloverleaf.). They don't offer all the bells and whistles, but a great value at that price--I would definitely use them again.

Thes two Gentlemen were excellent. They got right to work and whenever they finished one thing, they came and asked for more to do. I would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone moving or haveing a project where they needed assistance.

The guys did an excellent job loading and unloading our truck. We weren't sure if we got the right sized truck, but they did a great job with the load. When we arrived at our new home, nothing had shifted! There was some miscommunication between HireAHelper and Full House Family Moving because the requested furniture dolly and tools to disassemble some wooden furniture was not provided.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They can expect honest, quality service. I will answer any and all questions at almost any time of day or night.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.

Our crew members watch training videos, spend time with each of our crew members and get on the job training.
