First of all, let me say that these guys are awesome.
I booked 2 helpers from Full House Family Moving through hireahelper.com to load/unload boxes/bags in and out of the truck for 3 hours. They accommodated my last hour request to postpone the start time by a couple of hours as I wasn't done packing.
Were they on time? Yes. They arrived right on time.
Were they prepared for the job? Yes. Started right after they arrived and finished a few minutes before the scheduled time.
Did they work hard? Definitely. I cannot imagine I would have done this even with 3-4 friends in one day.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? Yes. Everything was intact after unload.
Would you use them again? Absolutely.
They were a bit expensive but it was definitely money well spent. My family was constantly in awe looking at them lift boxes and load/arrange them neatly into the truck. Initially, we were planning to use my car to get some misc unpacked stuff but looking at how they arranged the boxes/bags, we put everything inside the truck and they accommodated those without any damage.
They asked us where each box should go during unloading, which helped us quite a bit. There were 2 flights of stairs during loading as well as during unloading. And they did it all well under 3 hours including the 20 min drive from old place to new place.

The movers moved the things ok but an item was missing after the move. It was a sound bar that wasn’t packed in a box. We are positive about the sound bar being in the pods container but it didn’t come home. The pods was empty when they picked it up.

Full house family movers were the best movers I ever had to deal with they were friendly, respectful, and courteous. They put together my bed and furniture which relieved a lot of my stress. Two guys loaded my two PODS into a 26 foot truck in less than two hours! They did a great job and were fast. I would recommend them for any move.

The helpers arrived on time. They were respectful. They tried their best. However, they were very fast which was more about getting done before a two hour minimum, and not about doing a best job. They did not wrap the furniture with tape although offered and suggested. They did not fit all of the items in the uhaul. I had to repack the contents after they left. Because the repack delayed our departure for three hours, and I had to do it, I was annoyed at the results of their packing.
P.S.
Since I posted a 2 (which I dropped to a 1 after the bait and switch), I was contacted by the company to apologize for bad service and asked if I wanted to pursue one of three options. Option 1 was a $50 refund to my CC charge. Since this option did not require any more time, I thought it was a fair option. BEWARE! You are charged a $39 processing fee on the $50 refund. For $11 you relinquish any future claims for really bad service and complaints.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They can expect honest, quality service. I will answer any and all questions at almost any time of day or night.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.
