I could not recommend this company more: from the pre-move communication to the on-time arrival and quick pace, they were fantastic. The two movers who assisted me with an unload were the absolute BEST, super friendly, high energy, compassionate and the exact folks we needed to have around after a grueling 7 hour roadtrip behind the wheel of a giant moving truck. They were also super quick. From the owner to the workers, this is a team of folks who truly know and love the business of moving and strive to do it with the highest integrity possible.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

A call covering the details of of the move so that we both can have a successful day. During this call, we will be covering shipment size, list of heavy items and high value items(Not just expensive but sentimental as well). Also, we will cover protective materials, securing the load and any other questions that our clients may have.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call when the team is on the way with an estimated time of arrival. Prompt and professional service with a positive attitude and a passion to do the right thing. Our policy is to work handshake to handshake while being an asset to our clients. If we can do it, we will.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

The more that you can get done, the quicker we will be. The more that you can have packed and ready to go, the smoother the move day will be. We are happy to take the time to blanket, wrap and prepare your belongings for transport, however, the more of this preparations that are done the sooner your items will be loaded and on it's way.

What types of moves have you handled?

We service all types here at Property Management of Lowell. We have had the honor to move our military families, CEO's and those on limited fixed incomes. We have done office and professional moves(conference tables included) to large industrial machinery. To us, every client is important as well as your right to privacy and dignity. Any information collected with not be used beyond it's original intent and will not be kept on file.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The best part of being a mover is all the people that we get to meet. We get the opportunity to help people during what is usually one of the most stressful transitions and apply our expertise to making that moment of pleasant one.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We have a culture of training here at Property Management of Lowell. We have a long onboarding process before allow one of our movers is to be responsible for your belongings(I.E. Crew leader). Not only do they have to know how to wrap and secure your items, they have to have an understanding of the forces that will be applied to your goods as it travels to it's new location.
