What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We will communicate with you right up to your move date. You will get an email reminder one-week ahead of your move and 24-hours before your move. You will then get a call or text from our crew when they are in route to your location. We are also available if you have any questions up to your move date.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

You will get a call or text from our crew when they are in route to your location. When the crew arrives they will be in Rev7 Moving uniforms and introduce themselves to you and do a walk-through of all your needs. They will then work diligently to get your job done efficiently

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Be sure that everything is packed and ready to go BEFORE moving day. Be sure that paths in your home are cleared in the hallways and egresses so that the crew is not slowed down. Have any appliances unhooked and prepared to go. Take important paper work and valuables with you. Set aside cleaning supplies you will need after the movers are done. Be available to direct the crew in terms of what needs to be packed and where it needs to be put at the destination site.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Any potential employees are first interviewed by our owners to see if they are willing to live out our company values. We then train them in their specific job. Both movers and packers are trained through video and then through modeling of good moving/packing practices by our seasoned movers and packers.
